Ahli's attacking midfielder Afrotto once again lost consciousness during training on Saturday and now he's set to undergo medical examinations.

"He passed out during training more than once, so he has to undergo full check-ups," Ahli's doctor Walid Abdul-Bakitold FilGoal.com.

"If nothing is wrong with him, Afrotto will only have to be put on a special training program."

Red Devils' trio Afrotto, Ahmed Nabil 'Manga' and Ayman Ashraf had passed out in training on March 22 but all three players managed to finish the session.

At the time, Abdul-Baki said they had taken part in the session without eating breakfast, and thus blacked out due to exhausting training.

Ahli face Police Union on Wednesday in the Egyptian Premier League, which is to restart on the day after a lengthy stoppage promoted by the 25-January Revolution.
